About IEEE Special Events/Contests
IEEE Women in Engineering recognizes the importance of highlighting special events and contests to encourage interest and enthusiasm for science. Contests especially allow for an introduction to STEM subjects, especially in the younger audiences. They foster innovation which is crucial in the learning and implementation of science.
