The WIE wing of IEEE-SJCE will be conducting a 3-day comprehensive online workshop on SQL (Structured Query Language) on the 13th, 14th, and 15th of this month. SQL is a programming language used to manage and manipulate relational databases. It is the standard language that is used by developers, data analysts, and database administrators to store, modify, and retrieve data. SQL is widely used in the industry, and knowledge of SQL is essential for working with data in various roles. Details: The sessions will be of a duration of 1.5 hours each day and will cover the basics of DBMS: types and keys (attributes and entities), SELECT – *, where, and, or, not, order by, group by, SELECT – min, max, count, avg, sum, between, like, in, having, and creating, altering, dropping, renaming, JOINS, etc. The workshop will be interactive, and the participants will also be provided with a hands-on session to clear any doubts they might get during the workshop. By the end of the workshop, the participants will have a solid backend component for the given front end and also have a resume-worthy project. E-certificates will be provided to all the attendees.
