YOUNG PROFESSIONALS – Celebration and Networking Our IEEE Rochester Section Joint Chapters Meeting (JCM) is focused on Young Professionals (first college degree within the last 15 years). All are encouraged and welcome to attend. There will be something for members of all ages: Students will have a window into life after graduation! Young Professionals can meet, share experiences, and hear perspectives from Micro-Mentors! Mid-Career Professionals can meet rising stars, network, and recruit new talent! Late-Career Professionals can be inspired and energized by the next generation and meet younger professionals. Please register to receive your RIT Parking pass. We will begin with four 30-minute career-related, personal perspectives presentations. After a Networking Break, we will have three skill/informational presentations. – Personal Effectiveness – Financial Planning – Skills and Mentors Panel Discussion Our Mentors will host short (5-10 minute) discussions with small groups during our Micro-Mentoring Reception. Our program concludes with a buffet dinner and Keynote Address.
