DETAILED PROGRAM I. Introducing IEEE to provide a foundation for the info session and membership drive: We will introduce IEEE and its mission, visoin, goals, benefits of joining and how to join IEEE to establish a foundation or context for the event. II. Info Session: Participants will be introduced to IEEE Computer Society, Communications Society and Women in Engineering Affinity Group. We will delve into how to become members, the benefits and opportunities available within the societies and how to excel as a member in various domains including competitions, paper writing contests, community outreaches, project presentations and much more III. Student Spotlight: An alumnus of IEEE Kenyatta University, Muthomi Waweru, will highlight his achievements, projects contributions and the leadership exposure he has gained as one of the outstanding members of the student branch. This will serve as a way to recognize and showcase student excellence and noteworthy accomplishments within IEEE. IV. A kahoot: Kahoot is a game-based learning platform where participants will engage in quizzes in a fun and interactive manner. This will help is gauge participant engagement, reinforce learning and gather feedback. V. Questions and Answer Session: We will address questions from and provide answers to these questions. This will allow the attendees to seek clarification, share insights, or engage in discussions that would benefit the societies in the future. VI. Feedback: We will gather feedback from participants regarding the event, program, or any other relevant topic. This will help us improve our future initiatives or activities.
