Wislayne Silva is an IEEE Member and volunteer since 2019 and is currently IEEE WIE Committee Student Member. She was chair and secretary of the IEEE WIE UFCG Affinity Group at 2020 and 2019, respectively. Wislayne has a degree in Electrical Engineering, with an emphasis on Control and Automation, from the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG), Paraíba, Brazil and has a technical degree in Computer Maintenance and Support. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and works in research and development projects.
