In this talk, Dr. Michele Nogueira will present her insights from academia to motivate students and young professionals to follow their goals and dreams in a STEM career. Dr. Nogueira correlates her journey in her successful engineering career to a triathlon training she has followed in order to complete the race called “70.3 Ironman”.
