The WIE R7 forum aims to convene IEEE members and non-members as well as WIE leaders from across the globe to exchange knowledge and experiences, deliberate on current issues, and explore opportunities for collaboration. The event will serve as a platform for leadership discussion and professional development while furthering the objectives of the WIE program. Through the forum, participants can engage in detailed discussions with fellow support leaders and gain insights from one another’s experiences. We would also like to identify solutions to potential road blocks of WIE leaders in their affinity groups.
