This rare opportunity is a great last chance for a complete insiders’ look: the substation’s replacement nearby is already underway! Although a pioneering plant, this facility is noted for its record of reliability, with customer outages in the area counted in merely “minutes per decade”. The 16-minute virtual tour will take you through all aspects of the historic substation and its equipment, and will be followed by a question and answer period, hosted by Avista’s Sara Koeff.
