How to Enter The Contest

1. Submit a photo by uploading a photo to the form below.
2. Each WIE Affinity Group/Student Branch Affinity Group can submit ONLY ONE photo to this contest, irrespective of how many events they had conducted per WIE Day celebrations. Only the final submission will be considered if multiple submissions are received from the same Affinity Group.
3. If you choose a single-person photo entry, the image and submitter must be a WIE Member to be eligible.

Contest Entry Guidelines

A . Entry must be from an official IEEE WIE Affinity Group or WIE Student Branch Affinity Group.
B. Display the IEEE WIE Day or IEEE WIE logo
C. Be submitted in JPEG file format and be in 300×300 pixels.
D. Be taken from 23 June – 12 July 2024.
E. Ensure that the photo complies with all legal and copyright requirements, including permission to share or authorization of the people in the photo.
F. Include IEEE members/people (selfies are allowed).

Prize: eCertificate and the winning group photo will be featured as the profile picture on our social media channels.
