WriteTex: Hands on Workshop and Insight Into Thesis Book and Research Paper Writing Using LaTex

The IEEE BUET Student Branch and IEEE BUET SB WIE Affinity Group are jointly introducing a new workshop focused on enhancing software skills for the overall improvement of BUET students. The workshop is titled “WriteTex: Hands on Workshop and Insight Into Thesis Book and Research Paper Writing Using LaTex” LaTeX is a typesetting system commonly used for creating documents, particularly in fields like academia, science, mathematics, and technical writing. It’s based on the TeX typesetting program but offers higher-level commands and structures, making it easier to create complex documents like research papers, theses, books, and technical reports. LaTeX allows users to focus on content creation while it takes care of formatting, layout, and typesetting, resulting in professional-looking documents with consistent and high-quality typography.
