Dhivya Guru – IEEE WIE Vice Chair Eastern North Carolina Section (IEEE Region 3)
Bio – Dhivya Guru is an Assistant Vice President at Deutsche Bank Technology, an IEEE Senior Member, an IEEE Computer Society Member, and an IEEE WIE Vice Chair for the Eastern North Carolina Section. With over 19 years of experience in software engineering, cloud-native platforms, financial technology, and artificial intelligence, she actively supports mentoring, technical knowledge sharing, women-in-engineering leadership, and the responsible adoption of AI. She is passionate about building inclusive IEEE communities and inspiring future STEM leaders.
Glory Bagai – IEEE WIE Vice Chair, Futmina Student Branch (IEEE Region 8)
Bio – I am Glory Bagai, a fourth-year Mechatronics Engineering student at the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Nigeria, and an independent researcher with ML Collective. My interests focus on intelligent autonomous systems, adaptive control, and AI under resource constraints. Beyond research, I am an IEEE WIE Vice-Chair, mentor, and STEM advocate who has supported programs impacting nearly 1,000 girls across Nigeria through organizations including Technovation, WAAW Foundation, and IEEE.
