Bhoomika Ghosh is a Senior Tech Product Lead at Amazon Prime and a recognized voice in AI innovation and women in tech leadership. At Amazon, she leads large-scale AI/ML initiatives that shape the Prime experience for millions of members across 24 countries, driving meaningful customer impact and revenue growth. Recently, she has been featured at the Harvard Business School Tech Conference, Amazon’s Product Conference, and Finovate, where she speaks on the future of product management in the age of AI. Her work sits at the intersection of AI product strategy, technical innovation, and customer-centric design, informed by her experience spanning both core AI development and AI customer excellence roles. Beyond her work at Amazon, Bhoomika is a passionate advocate for inclusive leadership in technology. As a core member of Women in Tech and Leadership (WITL) in Seattle, she has helped grow the community to over 600 tech leaders in two years and has collaborated with influential leaders, including Gillian Muessig and Seattle’s First Lady. Prior to Amazon, she built her technology career at Deloitte, GEICO, and Capgemini. Bhoomika represents a new generation of tech leaders who combine deep technical expertise, business impact, and a strong commitment to inclusive innovation.
Meghana Makhija is a Senior Product Manager – Tech at Amazon with over a decade of experience leading and delivering enterprise-scale AI, machine learning, and agentic AI platforms across e-commerce, finance, and consulting. Her work centers on translating complex AI capabilities into trusted, scalable products in high-stakes, regulated environments, driving initiatives that impact hundreds of millions of customers and generate over $1B in business value across product quality, trust & safety, and compliance domains. She is a Senior Member of IEEE and is passionate about mentoring and speaking on upskilling, career transitions into product and AI-driven roles, and building responsible AI systems in the real world.
