Presenter: Ying Li, Seasoned Product Leader, Meta

Moderator: Nujhat Tasneem, Device Engineer, Intel

Abstract: This talk explores how the power of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI (GenAI) can be used effectively to enhance and elevate existing products. Drawing from the speaker’s expertise in growth, monetization, and AI, she will share actionable insights on how to integrate these advanced technologies into products that are already in the market, ultimately improving customer experiences and creating new revenue streams. Participants will learn about the impact of AI technologies on product development, the steps to incorporate LLMs and GenAI into their product strategy, and the considerations for driving adoption and monetization. I will also discuss real-world examples of AI product growth, including scaling, improving engagement, and optimizing monetization strategies.
Key Takeaways:

  • Integrating AI into Existing Products: Learn how to leverage LLMs and GenAI to add value to your current product offerings without starting from scratch.
  • Enhancing Customer Experience: Discover how AI can improve user interaction, personalization, and overall satisfaction in products that already have an established user base.
  • Scaling and Monetization: Gain insights on using AI-driven strategies to scale your product, increase retention, and find new monetization opportunities.
