Presenter: Anu Ramamurthy, Associate Fellow of Design at Microchip Technology
Abstract: AI has become a dominant factor in the science of coding, enabling efficient simulation and analysis. The value add for career longevity then moves from these technical tasks to a more human-centric approach. The ability to navigate work environments requires a toolkit that AI cannot quite replicate: Situational awareness, adaptive communication and cross disciplinary synthesis. We will discuss these three pillars that are a necessary part of the modern leader’s arsenal.
Bio: Anu Ramamurthy is an Associate Fellow of Design at Microchip Technology, where she spearheads R and D and pathfinding initiatives. With over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Anu is a recognized expert in advanced packaging, heterogeneous integration, and chiplet design.
Beyond her technical leadership at Microchip, she serves as the co-lead for the Open Compute Project’s (OCP) Open Chiplet Economy subgroup. A prolific contributor to the field, she holds many patents, has authored various
