IEEE WIE: What role do you think mentorship plays in the success of young professionals, and how do you approach mentoring others?

Rodriguez: Every professional should have a mentor to guide her or him in the way to grow. Each engineer has their own experience, and that can be enriched with more stories and facts that enlighten and call to think deeply to make better decisions.
Sharing with others our professional paths, is our responsibility if we want young people to feel that they have more opportunities and they are protected and guided.
